When Ruth Walker reports the disappearance of her two-year-old granddaughter, Sierra, the detectives then suspect the girl's mother, Ashlee (Hilary Duff) of killing her daughter. The detectives however find out Sierra actually died of measles because another mother refused to vaccinate her child.
